Hi Jack and John,

I just wanted to say thank you for all of your time and advice you have given us over the past 2 years. If you can remember back, we were a small shop with a 4 color manual screen press. In business for almost 3 years and not getting any bigger. I had the school accounts and most of the businesses in our area, but we were at a stalemate when it came to growing any. Our local area could only handle so many shirts and I believe we had it tapped out.

Then I found you on the net and it said call if you had any questions, so I did. That was one of the best calls I have made in years. You referred me to suppliers for Laser printers, trophy suppliers and a few other people for advice.

That was 2 years ago now, and I wanted you to know that we have grown from our 40 X 40 shop behind my house with a 4 color manual press and flash dryer, to now we have added on twice. At present our shop is 70 x 100 with another addition in progress to make room for a monogram machine (we still have our original 4 color sitting in the corner as a reminder of where we started). All because you convinced me to add trophies and plaques!

We started doing them for the schools and with the little tags we put on the bottom of them with our names and number, the referral business was tremendous. This has now let to providing awards for 2 counties board of education (and all the schools in both counties), all the youth groups in our area, Rotary Club, 16 fire departments, 2 sheriff departments and almost every business within 40 miles.

We have been a big fan of your newsletter and have been very successful using many of your ideas for additional sales. Special event booths have been very good and sales have been very good this year compared to last year.

We wanted to say thank you and you may use us as a referral anytime you want to. You know what you are talking about and we look forward to a long working relationship with your company. I would like to buy more toner but these things have an endless supply and seem like they reproduce at night and refill themselves.
